The situation could be an underwater fight against hallibel, and it clearly didn't go well for Matsumoto. So unohana and isane came to rescue her, and will have to deal with hallibel.


So, while isane tries to revive Matsumoto in te beach (maybe with nanao doing chest compressions), unohana fights hallibel underwater. And after defeating the espada, unohana comes up naked to the surface to finally take care of Matsumoto, and when the blonde one finally comes back to life the first thing she sees is unohana's naked body, and her relieved face.


Meanwhile hallibel also needs to be resuscited by her fraccions, with apacci giving mouth to mouth, mila rose doing chest compressions ("c'mon mistress") and sunsun is kneeled, laying down hallibel's head on her lap.
